The Grazebrook PSA annual general meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday 3rd May at 3:45pm in the main hall.
The aim of the AGM is to provide the charity trustees and/or officers the opportunity to explain their management of the charity to the members.
As parents of children who attend Grazebrook, we are all automatic members of the PSA.
It also provides the members of the charity with an opportunity to ask questions before voting on agenda items.
The PSA AGM is held once a year and members of the charity can attend and vote to elect/deselect members of the board.
