It’s time to get ready for the Summer Fair 2025
The Grazebrook Summer Fair is the event of the year, and the kids know it! Think games, crafts, cakes, music, bouncy castle, BBQ, raffle, Pam’s legendary stall, and much more, all in one jam-packed day. Come and join the fun on Saturday 5th July, 12-3pm.
The Fair is one of the most important fundraising events for the school, and requires a heroic amount of work to pull off, so it’s important that as many parents as possible lend a hand to make the day a success.
We’re holding a planning session at 9am on Friday 16th May. Please do join us if you’re keen to help.
There are lots of ways to get involved:
-
Host an Oakwood board
Once again the lovely team at Oakwood will be sponsoring the Grazebrook Summer Fair.
Could you host an Oakwood board outside your home? For each board, Oakwood will make a donation to the PSA pot. In December we had around 20 boards up around Stoke Newington - we’d love to smash that number for the Summer Fair.
If you could host a board outside your home, sign up here
-
Volunteer!
The Fair can only run with support from YOU, our lovely parent-carer community. From helping with setup (or clean up), running a bake or game stall, painting faces or taking cash at the door, there’s lots to do. The more helping hands, the more everyone can enjoy the Fair.
If you can help, come along to the Summer Fair planning session on Friday 16th May, or look out for signup links in PSA comms
-
Donate a raffle prize
The raffle is a major part of our fundraising. Can you help us build a really fantastic prize pot? Perhaps you could donate an unwanted gift or bottle of something nice, make a hamper, ask your employer, or even offer a service if you’re a small business owner.
If you have something to donate, please email Ruth at grazebrookpsa@gmail.com
-
Host a vendor stall
Calling all makers/sellers and small businesses. We’d love to welcome you to join us at the Summer Fair, and host a seller table.
-
Buy tickets and wristbands in advance
Save time at the door and buy your tickets and wristbands in advance. You’ll be able to pick them up before the day.
Link will appear here once tickets are on sale
-
Bake
We will be looking for your very best sweet and savoury bakes to donate to the bake stalls. No nuts please, and bought items are as welcome as home-made.
Bring baked goods to reception in the day or two before the Fair
