The countdown is on for our biggest event of the year: the Winter Fair!
Join us on Saturday 6th December for festive fun, food, and fantastic activities
Every wristband, raffle ticket, and mince pie sold will help us meet this year’s fundraising mission of transforming the playground experience for all our pupils. Expect exciting new highlights - including a mass dance-along led by professional dancers and a giant football darts challenge - alongside all your favourites: Santa’s Grotto, crafts, games, delicious festive food & drink, and Alberto and Pam’s legendary stalls.
The Fair is powered by our amazing parent and carer community, and we can’t do it without you. Explore below to see how you can get involved, volunteer, and be part of the fun!
-

Order your Christmas tree from Grazebrook!
Back by popular demand. Order your beautiful, premium-quality tree in advance, and collect at the school. They’re excellent value and last well.
-

Host an Oakwood board
Our wonderful sponsors, Oakwood Estate Agents, will once again support the Fair by putting promotional boards outside families’ homes. They’ll take care of everything, and make a donation to the PSA for every board!
-

Vendor stall at the Fair
Are you a maker, crafter, or local business? Come sell at the Fair for an affordable table fee - it’s a great way to meet our school community and showcase your work. Just drop us a quick email first to discuss your offering.
-

Donate a Raffle or Tombola prize
Our raffle and tombola are two of the biggest attractions, and huge fundraisers!
Tombola prizes: Smaller items are just as important for the ever-popular tombola. Think toys, unopened gifts, books, bottles, toiletries, and more. Please drop these off at Reception labelled “Tombola”
Raffle prizes: Think big! Could your workplace, own business, or a local contact offer a great prize? Vouchers, experiences, hampers, and services are all welcome. Email Nicky below if you could help us out with a prize!
-

Volunteer your time
The Winter Fair runs on people power!
We need helpers for setup, clean-up, ticketing, and running stalls and games. Even an hour makes a big difference and shares the load, and it’s a great way to be part of the day.
Look out soon for how to register your interest in helping at the Fair.

Buy wristbands and tickets
Buy early to skip the queues and help us plan ahead.
Children’s wristbands give unlimited access to all games, crafts, and activities. Adults need entry tickets too.
